There's nothing to memorize and no special format — you can always write to me with whatever you need. But a few things come up often enough that it's worth knowing you can ask for them anytime. Here they are.
“What have I sent you?”
Lost track of what you've shared? Ask, and I'll list it right back — every piece of writing, document, link, and recording I have from you, by name. No more wondering whether something made it.
Try saying- What have I sent so far?
- List what you've got from me
- Which documents do you have?
“That's all.”
When you've shared everything you'd like me to learn from, just tell me, and we'll move to the next step together. No need to keep going if you're ready.
Try saying- That's everything
- I'm done sending
- Let's move on
“Here's more.”
Thought of another piece? Send it whenever — paste it in, attach a Word doc or PDF, drop a Google Doc link, or even a link to a talk or podcast you've given. The more of your real writing I see, the more your book sounds like you.

“Let me just talk it through.”
Typing isn't always easiest. At any step, from start to finish, you can reply with a voice memo and talk — I'll listen, capture it, and carry it forward in your words.

Want me more to-the-point, one question at a time, or a single calm step a day? Just say so and I'll adjust on the spot. No settings to find.

At each step — your voice, your outline, your first chapter, every chapter — I'll check with you. Tell me it sounds like you and we keep going, or tell me exactly what to fix and I'll rework it. Nothing moves forward without your yes.

“Where do my books stand?”
Ask anytime and I'll give you a clear status for every book you have with me — where each one is right now and the one next step. You never have to remind me what we're working on; I've got it.

“I'm not sure what to do.”
Stuck, unsure, or want to know where things stand? Say that too. I'd rather you ask than guess — tell me where you are and I'll point to the one clear next step.
