Your writing is yours. Always.
Coach Libra exists to help you write your book — not to collect your data. Here's exactly what we store, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
Ownership & how your work is used You own it. We don't, and we never will.
Your work belongs to you — entirely
Everything you create and everything you upload — your stories, your writing samples, your voice, your manuscript — belongs to you and you alone. We claim no ownership and no rights to any of it. You can take it and walk away at any time. The finished book is yours to publish, sell, or keep, however you wish; we don't take a stake in your work.
We never use your work for anyone else
Your material is used for exactly one purpose: creating your book. It is never used to write, inform, or improve anyone else's book. It is never pooled, sold, licensed, or shared. Your voice is yours; no other author's project ever touches your writing.
We do not train any model on your work — and neither do our providers
We have no AI model of our own, and we are not building one from your writing. Coach Libra calls established language-model APIs — that's it.
Crucially, we have intentionally opted out of letting those providers train their models on your content. We use the providers' zero-retention / no-training configurations, so the text we send is not retained by them and is not used to train their next models. Your writing trains nothing — not us, not them.
What we store Only what's needed to support your book, nothing more.
Your writing samples and voice profile
To capture your voice, we store the writing samples you share — emails, documents, voice memos, or links you send to hello@coachlibra.com. From these we build your Author Voice Print: a stylometric profile of how you write (sentence patterns, vocabulary, rhythm, tone). We use it for one thing only — keeping your book in your voice. It is never used for any other purpose, and never shared.
Your manuscript and book materials
Everything produced for your book — interview answers, outline, chapter drafts, final manuscript — is stored on our server so Coach Libra can continue where you left off across conversations. Drafts and intermediate versions are kept during the active project. The final delivered manuscript is retained as a backup so you can always request another copy.
Your personal details
We store your name, email address, and any biographical details you share during the interview process (credentials, pronouns, the personal detail you'd like in your About the Author). We ask for only what your book actually needs — we don't infer demographics or personal attributes we haven't asked for explicitly.
Email correspondence
Every email you exchange with Coach Libra is stored so we can track where you are in the process and reply in context. We do not scan your other email, and we have no access to any email accounts other than the messages you send to hello@coachlibra.com.
